Faced with the continuous degradation of women in many areas, such as forced prostitution, pornography, sexualised advertisement, Female Genital Mutilation, widow burning, honour killing, rape as part of war strategy despite all laws and governmental controls, one requirement has to be met first: that of discovering, nourishing and valuing dignity within ourselves. In this brochure we present thoughts on the meaning of dignity, dignity as inherent nature of men and women, on how to strengthen our awareness of dignity and how to live dignity in our daily life.
