He encounters a female vampire who has been raised from the ethers to renew her feminist spirit. She helps Sirius unlock his soul and harness the power of the vampire by feeding on the weak and pondering the nature of evil. Charles manly uses the towns people as guinea pigs, killing at will and manipulating every situation. He will stop at nothing to destroy the vamp and bleed Sirius at the same time.
