Das ist ein Kochbuch und ein Philosophiebuch. Eigentlich sollte der philosophische Teil nur ein recht kurzer Abschnitt über den Hedonismus des Kochens und Essens werden. Dann kam Corona und ich hatte viel Zeit. So ist es doch ein bisschen mehr geworden. Das hier ist keine neue Philosophie, sondern schlicht und einfach meine Philosophie, ziemlich eklektizistisch, wie man unschwer an dem folgenden Text erkennen kann, aber besser gut geklaut als schlecht erfunden. Und dann ist doch etwas neu: der soziale Hedonismus.
