Arturo Elías Ayub, born on April 27, 1966 in Mexico City, is a Mexican businessman and writer. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Anáhuac and a postgraduate degree in Senior Business Management from IPADE. He has held prominent positions such as Director of Strategic Alliances and Content at América Móvil, General Director of the TELMEX Telcel Foundation, and Director of Uno TV and Claro Sports. Additionally, he is known for his participation as an investor on the show "Shark Tank México".

In the literary field, Elías Ayub has published "The Negotiator: Tips for Succeeding in Life and Business" (2020), where he shares experiences and strategies on negotiation and decision-making. This book, belonging to the business and self-help genre, has been well received for its practical and accessible approach.
