Adolf Seger ( 2. Januar 1945 in Freiburg im Breisgau) ist ein ehemaliger deutscher Ringer. Er war zweifacher Medaillengewinner bei den Olympischen Spielen 1972 und 1976 und zweifacher Weltmeister im Welter- bzw. Mittelgewicht. Bei den Ringer-Veteranen (Masters) holte er zehnmal den Weltmeister-Titel. Adolf Seger stammt aus einer ringkampfbegeisterten Familie: Sein Vater und seine fnf Brder waren alle als Ringer aktiv. Seinen ersten Ringkampfunterricht erhielt der fnfjhrige Adolf von seinem Vater. Sein sportliches Vorbild war sein lterer Bruder Edmund, der in der deutschen Ringer-Nationalmannschaft bei den Olympischen Sommerspielen 1960 in Rom kmpfte.
