Scott Murr
Scott Murr is a renowned health sciences expert and author in the field of running. Graduated from Furman University in 1984, he worked in the fitness industry before joining the Furman faculty in 1998. Together with Bill Pierce, he co-wrote "Runner's World Run Less Run Faster" (2007), a book that presents the FIRST training program, designed to enhance runners' performance by reducing training volume. This program is based on three running workouts and two cross-training sessions per week.
