Luciano Elizalde

Luciano H. Elizalde is a distinguished Argentine academic and consultant specialized in public and governmental communication. He is currently a full professor at the Faculty of Communication of Austral University, where he teaches subjects such as Communication Theory, Corporate Image, and Public Affairs. He holds a PhD in Communication from the University of La Laguna (Spain), a Master's in Social Sciences with a focus on Sociology from FLACSO, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication from the University

Throughout his career, Elizalde has combined teaching with applied research and strategic consultancy in communication, focusing on crisis management, institutional communication, and consensus building in complex public environments. He has been the director of the Master's in Communication Management in Organizations and former dean of the Faculty of Communication at Austral University

He is the author and editor of several influential books in the field, including Governmental Communication: More 360° than ever (with Mario Riorda), which offers a theoretical and practical perspective on communication in the public sector. His work is distinguished by integrating communication theory with practical strategies, significantly contributing to the professional development of governmental communication in Latin America.
