Laura Marcela López Posada
Laura Marcela López Posada is a Colombian academic specialized in business administration, with a particular focus on human talent management. She holds a PhD in Entrepreneurship, Cooperativism, and Social Innovation from Mondragon Unibertsitatea, a master's degree in Administration from Universidad de los Andes, and a business administration degree from Universidad Nacional de Colombia. Currently, she serves as a lecturer and researcher at Universidad del Tolima, where she is part of the research group in Business Development (GIDEUT).
