Juan José Rastrollo Suárez
Juan José Rastrollo Suárez is Associate Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Salamanca. He earned the Doctor Europeus in Law from the universities of Salamanca and Coimbra, receiving the Extraordinary Awards for Degree and Doctorate.
