Edu Lavandeira

Edu Lavandeira is a director, filmmaker, and audiovisual creative with numerous documentaries and entertainment programs on his resume. His creative mind found a natural extension in gastronomy. Curious, restless, a lover of travel and other cultures, and with a great sensitivity for the human aspect of stories. His passion for gastronomy, especially breads and doughs, led him to create and produce the first documentary series dedicated exclusively to this ancestral food: 'Maestros del Pan' (Canal Cocina, 2021-2022).

He is also addicted to making homemade bread. A self-taught bread enthusiast, through his Instagram account @opelouro, he disseminates and shares methods and techniques to make your own bread without leaving home.
