Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2004 im Fachbereich VWL - Geschichte, Note: 1,5, Hamburger Universität für Wirtschaft und Politik (ehem. Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Politik), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In dieser Ausarbeitung zum Seminar "Konjunkturtheorie und -politik" wird die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Bundesrepublik Deutschland von 1981 bis heute betrachtet. Dazu werden das Bruttoinlandsprodukt, der Arbeitsmarkt und weitere Konjunkturindikatoren, wie Exporte oder Investitionen näher beleuchtet. In einem zweiten Schritt soll der Einfluss des Staates auf die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung untersucht werden; hier insbesondere die Staatsausgaben und die Staatsverschuldung. Die These lautet, dass sich eine zu hohe Staatsquote negativ auf die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung eines Landes auswirkt. Zum Abschluss werden einige empirische Untersuchungen zum Einfluss der Staatsausgaben auf die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung vorgestellt und in einem kurzen Fazit einige Lösungsansätze angeboten sowie Prognosen zur weiteren wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung in Deutschland wiedergegeben.Umfangreiches Tabellen- und Zahlenmaterial finden sich im Anhang.
