Weed-Wackers Don't Grow Roses - When the Trauma Ends but You Don't Feel Better
Lpc Sep Kap Johnna Harris (Author) · Total Publishing And Media · Paperback
This is not a self-help book, or a traditional trauma healing guide written by most therapists. While I am a
trauma therapist today, I was once a trauma survivor. And before that, I was an unwanted kid who thought a
near-death experience was a typical Tuesday afternoon. This book portrays the lived
experiences of the trauma survivor and unwanted kid. I wrote about the uncensored pain that never
makes it onto the pages of a self-help book, or on the media screens, or even in most therapy sessions. I wrote the stories I
never told because silence helped everyone but myself.
This book is for you if:
• Your childhood sucked and you are tired of it interfering with your adulthood.
• You, or someone you love, has been affected by trauma or mental health concerns.
• You have been through some serious shit but just refuse to give up.
• You constantly feel alone or different from the rest of the world.
• You are ready to become free of your past and break generational trauma patterns
