Ziel dieser Arbeit war es, die fungizide Aktivität von Öl-in-Wasser (A/A)-Nanoemulsionen aus hydroalkoholischem Extrakt und ätherischem Öl aus Syzygium aromaticum-Sprossen zu bewerten. Die Wirkung des Biotech-Produkts wurde gegen drei Stämme der Pilze Aspergillus niger, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Penicillium chrysogenum getestet. Für die antimykotische Wirkung der ätherischen Öl-Nanoemulsion ergab sich eine MHK von 25 g mL-1, 25 g mL1und 50 g mL-1 gegen A. niger, C. gloeosporioides bzw. P. chrysogenum, für die hydroalkoholische Extrakt-Nanoemulsion ein Ergebnis von 50 g mL-1, 50 g mL-1und 100 g mL-1für A. niger, C. gloeosporioides bzw. P. chrysogenum. Andererseits zeigte die MHK der Nanoemulsion des ätherischen Öls eine Aktivität gegen A. niger von 25 g mL-1 und gegen C. gloeosporioides eine Hemmung bei 25 g mL-1 und die Nanoemulsion des hydroalkoholischen Extrakts hatte ihre beste Leistung gegen A. niger von 50 g mL-1 und gegen C. gloeosporioides, die eine Hemmung bei 50 g mL-1 zeigte. Schlie lich weist diese Studie auf die Nanoemulsion von S. aromaticum als alternatives Fungizid in der Kontrolle und Bekämpfung von pathogenen Pilzen hin.
