Dieses Buch enthält zwanzig neue Pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole (N 301-320), die synthetisiert wurden. Die Synthese von 6-Amino-5-cyano-4-aryl-4H-pyrazolo[2,3-c]pyranen (N 301-320) wurde durch die Biginelli-Reaktion erreicht, die durch eine Ein-Topf-Mehrkomponenten-Reaktion von Hydrazinhydrat, Ethylacetoacetat, Malononitril, substituiertem Salicylaldehyd und Ammoniumchlorid in Gegenwart von Ethanol als Lösungsmittel und verschiedenen Katalysatoren synthetisiert wurde. Die Produkte wurden durch FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR und Massenspektralanalysen charakterisiert. Die neu synthetisierten Verbindungen wurden einem antibakteriellen, antituberkulären und antifungalen Screening unterzogen. Die Autoren erwarten, dass dieses Buch einen Beitrag zu diesem Trend und zu Mehrkomponentenreaktionen leisten wird.
