Sie arbeitet heraus, wie sich Technisierung und insbesondere der Einsatz immer autonomerer Technologie in der Verantwortlichkeit niederschlagen. Herausforderungen ergeben sich, wo Handlungsmacht gnzlich an (intelligente) Technik abgetreten wird oder aufgrund mangelhafter Organisation und Nachvollziehbarkeit des Mensch-Maschine-Zusammenwirkens die Zuschreibung von Verantwortung erschwert ist. Das Werk nimmt sich der Verfeinerung der Zurechnungslehre im Individual- und Kollektivstrafrecht an und diskutiert dabei mitunter neue Formen der actio libera in causa, die Begrndung von Garantenpflichten sowie die Schaffung eines eigentlichen Automationsdelikts.
