Synopsis "St. Johns Polo Posse: Gave Rise To A Nation"

Around 1985 there were 3 Caribbean young lads, one from Haiti, another from Trinidad and the other from Puerto Rico. They were like the 3 Musketeers and they started a group called The Polo Posse. At this time, unbeknownst to them, they were jumping into a time capsule blazing into the future. Setting precedence which was soon to be followed by many young black males as a source and deterrent to the ways and transgressions of the American system.Adorned in Ralph Lauren as their armor, these 3 youth were like the holy crusade of this movement. Ralph Lauren like Timberland and Tommy Hilfiger had been rumored to say that they didn't make their clothing for black people, but they didn't care. At the time they were going through something similar to the times of Jesus and Daniel - they had nothing. They knew that they were up against a system that made sure they stayed in poverty. They took a stance and were only children at that time. They now have the fashion, music and entertainment industries following their trends as set by 3 young kids from Crown Heights, Brooklyn - St Johns and Troy to be exact.
