Sir Torgus Bluestone comes to Thedia to be a shining light in a dark world. Followed by his good friends Olgar and Balkar, they lead the free army of the city of Gandrofar against an invading horde of trolls allied with werewolves. Soon after, they find out that the evil Lord Zekronis of Metternicea has design son taking over all of Loregard. Torgus and his allies deal with one enemy after another including the vampire queen of Darkmist Castle before dealing with the frost giant king, Gorm Thrymson. When Torgus destroys the holy sword, Erion's Vengeance, in one of their final battles; he is sent off to Runethedia to repair it. Instead, he loses himself and so much more finally being sold into slavery and shipped off to Messambra deep within the Burning Sands Desert. Will his friends be able to rescue him from a fate worse than death or will he die at the hands of some foul creature in the great Magnus Arena? Will Lord Zekronis finally succeed in taking over all of Loregard with the paladin out of the way?
