Synopsis "Sintesi Verde di Nanoparticelle D’Argento Utilizzando il Catharanthus Roseus de Samiksha Saxena Anand Keshari(Ks Omniscriptum Publishing) (in Italian)"

Sintesi biogenica rapida e verde di nanoparticelle d'argento (AgNPs) utilizzando l'estratto di foglie di Catharanthus roseus. Le nanoparticelle sintetizzate sono state caratterizzate mediante UV-Visibile, FTIR e XRD. La riduzione degli ioni d'argento a AgNPs con l'estratto di C. roseus è stata completata in 240 minuti. La formazione di AgNPs è stata confermata utilizzando la risonanza di plasmonio superficiale (SPR) a 413 nm con lo spettrofotometro UV-Vis. Gli studi morfologici hanno rivelato la forma sferica delle particelle con dimensioni comprese tra 16 e 35 nm e lo spettro EDX ha confermato la presenza di argento e di altri elementi nel metabolita vegetale. La sintesi di AgNPs extracellulari mediante estratto acquoso di foglie dimostra un metodo ultraveloce, semplice e poco costoso, paragonabile ad altri metodi. Il test antiossidante delle AgNPs sintetizzate ha indicato che hanno una forte proprietà antiossidante rispetto al controllo. Poiché questi composti sono anche sicuri da usare e da scaricare nell'ambiente, le AgNPs verdi potrebbero essere considerate un approccio alternativo innovativo per le industrie biomediche e basate sulle nanoscienze.
