Diplomarbeit aus dem Jahr 2010 im Fachbereich Gesundheit - Sport - Sportpsychologie, Note: 6 (sehr gut), Veranstaltung: Sport Mental Coach HLS, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Als Psychologe, Business-Coach und Sportler suchte ich im Sommer 2009 eine Möglichkeit, diese drei Aspekte in einem Tätigkeitsfeld zu vereinen. Über Recherchen im Internet bin ich auf die Ausbildung zum Dipl. Sport Mental Coach HLS gestossen. Das Konzept gefiel mir und ich begann die Ausbildung im Oktober 2009 in Bern. Die Coachingausbildung zum Sport Mental Coach (SMC) ist auf meine persönliche Entwicklung ausgerichtet. Entwicklung braucht Zeit, Zeit zur Selbstreflexion, Nacharbeit der Lerninhalte, Bearbeitung der Hausarbeit und Anwendung der Coachingwerkzeuge. Ein wichtiger Baustein in diesem Entwicklungsprozess ist die vorliegende Diplomarbeit, welche als schriftliche Hausarbeit verfasst wurde. Sie soll einen Rückblick auf das in der Ausbildung Gelernte, einen Einblick in meine Haltung als SMC, mein Sportlerbild, meine Arbeitsweise und eine Vorausschau auf zukünftige Aufgaben und Ziele ermöglichen.
