A Tommy, el hermano pequeño de los Pike, cada vez le duele más la cabeza. Casi es incapaz de levantarse de la cama o encender las luces. Para combatirlo, escribe una y otra vez la lista de sus discos favoritos de la historia: 'Bleach', de Nirvana; 'Surfer Rosa', de Pixies; 'Eric’s Trip', de Love Tara; 'London Calling', de The Clash… Aun así, nada consigue mitigarlo. En esta segunda entrega de 'Royal City', Lemire retrocede en el tiempo hasta 1993 para seguir los pasos de unos aún adolescentes hermanos Pike. Jeff Lemire (Essex County, Ontario, Canada, 1976) is a Canadian comic book artist who dropped out of film studies to pursue comics, where he found his true voice. Among his most famous works are Sweet Tooth, the moving Essex County trilogy, and the original Black Hammer. He has also made an impact with titles like Descender, Gideon Falls, and his runs on Animal Man and Green Arrow. Lemire is known for human and approachable stories, always with a personal and authentic touch.

Una de obras emblema de Jeff Lemire, muy recomendable. La historia es excelente, te deja un sabor a los 90s, te deja pensar y te sorprende. En lo personal el arte me gusta mucho a pesar de que siempre es criticado. Para mí es una excelente obra.
