Synopsis "Reapers: Code 001"

The human code: Each human has a distinctive number that differentiates one from another. When one human dies, the next person born into this world takes that code. There is not one human who is born without a code. With that code, I can find anyone of them, thanks to my cell phone. I live to reap their souls from their bodies, to take what was given to them with my silver scythe. I am a Grim Reaper, a lurker in the shadows who waits for her next target. I'm an assassin of life, born to erase iniquity from this world. I am Death the Grim. Upon arrival in Soul City, Death is given a simple mission - to eliminate code: 88878, Smith. That mission turns out to be far more complex than she foresees. She soon finds that it involves getting mixed up with the Soul family; the worst family a Reaper could have anything to do with. The soul of the daughter of a top ranking member has been taken from her, and it's up to Death to find it, but the mission grows more complex when she encounters Bellame, a renegade son who was born to be different. Their two lives soon become intertwined, bound by their growing affection and shared objectives. Death soon encounters choices and feelings that will change her life forever.
