Synopsis "Pharmakologische Erforschung Der Nootropen Aktivität Einer Einheimischen Pflanze (in German)"

Plumbago zeylanica Linn und Rhizome von Acorus calamus Linn wurden ausgewählt, um das Potenzial zur Verbesserung des Gedächtnisses zu bewerten.Die Wurzeln von Plumbago zeylanica L. (Plumbaginaceae) sind in "Rasayana" enthalten - einem ayurvedischen alten System der Medizin zur Verjüngung. Es enthält auch Plumbagin als aktiven Bestandteil, der ein Alkaloid ist, das als Nervenstärkungsmittel wirken kann. Das UV-spektroskopische Verfahren wurde zur Abschätzung des Gesamtgehalts an Phenol, Flavonoid, Tanninen und Alkaloid für beide Pflanzen verwendet. Der Gesamtgehalt an Flavonoiden lag bei Acorus calamus Linn bei maximal 88% und bei Plumbago zeylanica Linn bei 50%. Unter Verwendung der Standardkurve von Quercetin (y = 0,005 × 0,05 R = 0,997), des Flavonoidgehalts von Acorus calamus Linn und in Plumbago zeylanica Linn. Wurde ein 88 bzw. 50 mg Quercetinäquivalent / g Trockenprobe gefunden.
