Working for 15 years in the clinical area, I was truly delighted to have elderly parents and years later, after becoming a nutritionist, to have the incredible experience of initiating assistance to the elderly who presented disabilities due to chronic diseases. This made me understand that I could act in an earlier stage and make it possible to improve the quality of life.
