Nick Dragotta is a renowned American comic book artist and co-creator, famous for his work in the science fiction and superhero genres. His most notable collaboration is East of West (2013–2019), a science fiction series with elements of dystopian western, created alongside writer Jonathan Hickman and published by Image Comics. This work was nominated for the Eisner Award in 2014 in the categories of "Best Series" and "Best Artist".

In addition to East of West, Dragotta has worked on Marvel titles such as Fantastic Four, X-Statix, and Vengeance, and is the co-creator of the character América Chávez. In 2022, he launched his first solo project, Ghost Cage, a science fiction miniseries published by Image Comics. His dynamic and detailed style has established him as an influential figure in contemporary comics.
