Man kann somit behaupten: Gemacht haben mich die Mitarbeiter der fünf Banken nicht. In einem guten, coolen Song von AC/DC hei t es so schön: Who made who? also Wer hat wen gemacht? oder Wer hat wen gefördert?, Wer hat wen weitergebracht?. Wenn ich an die fünf Jahre denke, in denen ich in Banken arbeitete, muss ich leider sagen: Niemand. Dank der schlauen Vorstände bin ich nun in der Rente und werde von der Gesellschaft nicht akzeptiert, wenn ich sage was ich mache. Klar ist, dass die Vorstände nicht einmal wussten, wieso sie eigentlich jeden Tag aufstanden und zur Arbeit fuhren. Einer von ihnen sagte einmal: Ich bin froh wenn ich in der Rente bin, dann kann ich zuschauen, wie die anderen zum Schaffen fahren. Sie hatten ihre Rente vor Augen, das war das Thema, das sie glücklich machte, nicht aber etwa glückliche Angestellte. Einen jüngeren Vorstand hatte ich schon auch als Chef, aber der hatte nur Arbeitnehmer-Rationalisierung im Kopf oder ihn interessierten nur irgendwelche gewinnbringende Zahlen des Kreditinstitutes, die das Kreditinstitut auch ohne ihn gehabt hätte.
