The first action the Bible talks about is God creating: creating our reality; the world around us. As artists, how do we follow suit and fulfil the challenge to creatively draw heaven to earth (Matthew 6:10) in the various media we use? I looked for answers to this question, but did not find much written about this concept. In writing this book I attempt to offer a partial answer to this question. Writing the book was an act of worship. The book is the product of the answers I have searched out in response to the many questions I have been asked about creative intercession. Furthermore, it is a product of 'cross-pollination'; of ministries feeding into each other to aid understanding of what it means to intercede creatively. 'Without counsel plans fail, but with many advisers they succeed' (Proverbs 15:22, ESV). I hope that what you are about to read will give you some of these answers and inspire you to seek more. I pray that it will help to release you into the calling God has for you as a creative intercessor; made in His image and reflecting the radiance of His nature.
