Synopsis "Ich Doch Nicht! Ein Autobiografischer Roman (in German)"

Julia hat ihre Scheidung und die schwere Zeit, in der ihr Sohn Tom so ganz und gar nichts von ihr wissen wollte, doch recht gut überstanden - glaubt sie jedenfalls. Peter, ihr Lebensgefährte, tut jedenfalls alles, um Julia glücklich zu machen. Da werden eines Monats die Gehälter der beiden (sie arbeiten ja im selben Unternehmen) nicht pünktlich ausgezahlt. Hilfe ... gesamte Haushaltseinkommen steht auf dem Spiel! Das kann so nicht bleiben. Und als hätte das Schicksal das auch gerade gedacht, erhält Julia ein Job-Angebot von einem ihr bekannten Kosmetikhersteller. Sie ist überwältigt von den Benefits, unterschreibt und kündigt ihre alte Stelle. Und von da an geht es bergab! Sie rutscht in die Arbeitslosigkeit (das kann ihr doch nicht passieren, oder?). Und sie gleitet weiter ab in eine schwere Depression...
