Higher economic growth and reduction of poverty in Bangladesh should be integrated to remove unequal income distribution. The higher GDP growth rate must create job opportunities for social welfare in the country to reduce poverty and can remove income inequality. Micro savings can be used as micro-investment through setting up community banking under separate regulator. The government of Bangladesh is putting emphasis on micro savings, and community banking can be a useful tool to encourage it. Micro entrepreneurship is a necessity for the country's economic development. Community banking can set up to develop micro-entrepreneurship in the country. For establishing rights of the people is very important. ENRICH program of the PKSF has been tried to attain human dignity. Inclusive growth is a must for sustainable growth for which expansion of formal economy must be done and informal economy should be gradually turned to formal economy. The pro-poor stance of the government is observed in the country for last ten years as increase of allocation of resources to remove disparity and social sectors.
