Synopsis "Friends First"

As a teenager, Fiona is rescued from an alcoholic, abusive father by her boyfriend, Cliff. His family, who takes Fiona in, convinces her that she is in no way to blame for her father's drinking and his physical and verbal abuse. Feeling unsure and lacking confidence, Fiona clings to Cliff whom she sees as her savior and eventually marries. Her marriage to Cliff seemed liked her "happily ever after" ending, until once again, life events intervene. At his new job with an armored car company, Cliff becomes close friends with Joe, a devious co-worker who convinces Cliff to join in his scheme to make their own retirement plan through embezzlement. Cliff now has two people that he is in a relationship that he trusts, but now both his friend and his wife have accused the other of foul play and he's got to make a decision. Someone's lying and has to be dealt with. Find out who he sides with and what follows this tough decision...
