Synopsis "Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants - Determination of Endangered Status for the Sharpnose Shiner and Smalleye Shiner (US Fish and Wildlife"

Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants - Determination of Endangered Status for the Sharpnose Shiner and Smalleye Shiner (US Fish and Wildlife Service Regulation) (FWS) (2018 Edition) The Law Library presents the complete text of the Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants - Determination of Endangered Status for the Sharpnose Shiner and Smalleye Shiner (US Fish and Wildlife Service Regulation) (FWS) (2018 Edition). Updated as of May 29, 2018 We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, determine endangered species status under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended, for the sharpnose shiner (Notropis oxyrhynchus) and smalleye shiner (N. buccula), two fish species from Texas. The effect of this regulation will be to add these species to the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife. We have also determined that critical habitat for the sharpnose shiner and smalleye shiner is prudent and determinable. Elsewhere in today's Federal Register, we designate critical habitat for the sharpnose shiner and smalleye shiner under the Act. This book contains: - The complete text of the Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants - Determination of Endangered Status for the Sharpnose Shiner and Smalleye Shiner (US Fish and Wildlife Service Regulation) (FWS) (2018 Edition) - A table of contents with the page number of each section
