Synopsis "Effizienz und Produktivität von Wasser (in German)"

Ziel war es, die physische (PFA), ökonomische (PEA) und soziale (PES) Produktivität sowie die physische (EFA), ökonomische (EEA) und soziale (ESA) Effizienz des Wasserverbrauchs bei der Produktion von Pekannüssen (Carya illinoensis) zu bestimmen und sie mit der von Äpfeln (Malus domestica) im Bundesstaat Chihuahua im Jahr 2019 zu vergleichen, wobei beide Kulturen unter Bedingungen des mittleren Technologieeinsatzes (MT) produziert werden. Es wurden Modelle zur Produktivität und Wassereffizienz im Agrarsektor verwendet, die mit Produktionsdaten auf kommerzieller Ebene aus dem SIAP gespeist wurden. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die PFA, PEA und PSA (immer MT Walnuss vs. MT Apfel): 0,15 und 2,28 kg m-3, 126.897 und 619.570 USD Gewinn pro hm3 und 9 und 23 Arbeitsplätze pro hm3, während die EFA, EEA und ESA waren: 6.603 und 438 Liter kg-1, 7,88 und 1,61 m3 Wasser pro USD Gewinn und 113.143 und 42.562 m3 Wasser pro Arbeitsplatz. Die Indikatoren zeigen, dass die Wassernutzung in der Produktion von Walnuss in physischer, wirtschaftlicher und sozialer Hinsicht weniger produktiv (und damit weniger effizient) ist.
