Thus, the book of Mr. Armando A. Ang - "Drugs and Substance Abuse" - adds to our arsenal in the information component of this worthy fight. I congratulate Mr. Ang again for taking the time, effort, and study to come up with this book. It will surely go a long way in the growing need to better understand the drug-abuse problem in the Philippines and the world.
