Synopsis "Die Extraktion des ätherischen Öls von Lavandula angustifolia (in German)"

Zunächst führten wir die Extraktion des ätherischen Öls (ÄÖ) aus den oberirdischen Teilen von Lavandula angustifolia (La) durch die Methode der Hydrodistilation durch. Anschlie end haben wir die in diesem ätherischen Öl (TPC) vorhandenen Polyphenole spektrophotometrisch bestimmt und die antioxidative Aktivität durch eine Messung der prozentualen Reduktion des DPPH-Radikals bewertet. Die chromatographische Analyse (GC/MS) zeigte einen Reichtum des vermarkteten (reinen) ätherischen Öls an verschiedenen chemischen Verbindungen, hauptsächlich Linalool, Eucalyptol, Kampfer, Terpinen-4-ol, Linalyl, Lavandulyl-Acetat. Diese Ergebnisse dienen als Grundlage für einen späteren Vergleich mit dem rohen ätherischen Öl, das wir extrahiert haben.
