This book has been calling to me for as long as I can recall. I dreamt about it when I was a child, and had visions of it in my teenage years. As I grew into adulthood, my Higher self would say things during meditations, such as write the damn book already. In grade school, I wrote two different books, but they were children's books, and apparently, I was being called to more. The books I wrote as a child were books of innocence. This book in your hands is a book of experience, and these stories explain who I am today. I am The Megan you hopefully know and love, and if not, I am pleased to meet you anyway.I have a long history of facing off with my shadow self, and overcoming hard stuff. Throughout these pages, we will go on a heroine's journey, my journey, but I am not going to give you a list of facts: this is who I was, what I went through, and who I am now. Instead, I offer you the many tools and resources I have gathered on my way through the valley. I have developed ways of being, and ways of thinking, that have allowed me to hold on to hope when others would have given up.If you feel called to read this book, or someone gave it to you because they thought you would like it, know you are definitely not holding this book by accident, or chance. I want to welcome you into the Soul Warriors posse with open arms. I wrote this guidebook with each reader in my heart and mind. I held you close as the words poured onto the page.
