Bei dem behandelten Derivat wurde die nichtribosomale Aminosäure Enduracididin durch das strukturell verwandte Arginin ersetzt. Die Arbeit beschäftigt sich fast ausschlie lich mit klassischer Fest- beziehungsweise Flüssigphasen-Peptidchemie sowie Schutzgruppenchemie.
