John Whitmore (1937-2017) was a British writer, coach, and consultant, recognized as a key figure in the development of modern coaching. He is the author of Coaching for Performance (1988), translated into Spanish as Coaching: El método para mejorar el rendimiento de las personas and considered a benchmark in the discipline.
