Synopsis "Billy and the Policeman"

All it took was one night at his grandparent's home when someone stole the wheels from his bicycle. The reason they didn't take everything was because his bike was chained up to a pole. Billy was heart broken. He had worked hard to save his money to buy a new set of wheels. In the desert, tires require changing all the time. In a town of 15,000 and many more bikes, he had lost all hope until officer High Water showed up. Billy was not sure of the officer since he was also an Apache. This police man had something no one else had, skills in tracking. Billy discovers what it means to trust and not to judge others based on what other people think. He learns a new skill and acquires a new friend. Read how Officer High Water solves the mystery of the stolen bicycle wheels. Based on a true story.
