In der Neuauflage geht Dorothee Einsele auf eine Reihe gesetzlicher Anderungen im Bereich des (privaten) Bank- und Kapitalmarktrechts ein. Im Vordergrund steht das Gesetz zur Einfuhrung elektronischer Wertpapiere, das auch Anderungen im Depotrecht mit sich bringt. Im Bereich des Einlagengeschafts ist neben neuerer, teils geanderter Rechtsprechung das Pfandungsschutzkonto-Fortentwicklungsgesetz von Bedeutung. Ferner fuhrte die Umsetzung der EU-ProspektVO zu wesentlichen Neuregelungen im Wertpapierprospektgesetz. In der Neuauflage werden neben der neueren Rechtsprechung und Literatur auch die im Bank- und Kapitalmarktrecht massgeblichen Klauselwerke berucksichtigt.
