Then Ginge becomes aware of a lump in his neck and is diagnosed with cancer in the lymph nodes. He adopts a positive mental attitude and does lots of chanting. Siân's ashes duly scattered from Merry Weather. Merry Weather sails to Dunmore East, Martyn suffers a collision with the boom and Peter performs surgery at sea. Later Merry Weather sails to Lisbon and back, both comfortable journies. Gwynfor's fourth birthday, Martyn's thirtieth and Delyth's twenty somethingth. All celebrated appropriately. Pog rides the Tour de France for a second time, solo.
