Synopsis "Aceptar La Duda: La Crisis Como Señal de Progreso (in Spanish)"

Often times, doubt can be seen as a negative emotion. Those who hesitate can become lost or insecure. In this book, Anselm Grün explores the nature of where doubts originate, and why we all desire to find certainty. He discusses the role that doubts play in our lives, and how frustration can take over, time and time again. According to Anselm Grün, doubt is a powerful tool that helps us grow as individuals. It's something that can help put an end to unhealthy patterns. After all, doubt has guided us toward the essence of our human existence.
