He has three published novels to his credit: The Murder of Pythagoras, The Brotherhood, and Gordon's Diary. Throughout his literary career, he has won the Francisco Umbral Novel Award, the Rotary International Novel Award, and, with The Murder of Pythagoras, received the 2015 Mediterranean Culture Award for the best novel published in Italy. For the same title, the city of Crotona awarded him the Encomio Solenne distinction, and in digital format, it has been the best-selling Spanish novel worldwide in the period 2013-2016.
He is a member of Mensa and donates ten percent of his earnings from his novels to foundations supporting people with disabilities.
