Jessie Inchauspé is a biochemist and researcher living between California and France. She holds a degree in Mathematics from King’s College, London, and a master's in Biochemistry from Georgetown University. Her work at a genetic analysis start-up in Silicon Valley made her realize the power of eating habits.
