Francisca Solar García
Francisca Solar (Santiago de Chile, 1983) holds a degree in Social Communication and Journalism from the University of Chile, a Master's in Applied Neuroscience from CIEEN-FLICH, and diplomas in Criminology and Forensic Psychology. An activist in reading and writing promotion and a teacher, she created the Animacentric© model of narrative construction. At 22, she became the youngest Chilean to sign an international publishing contract. She has written 15 books for children, youth, and adults published in 19 countries and translated into 4 languages, with over 100,000 copies sold worldwide.
