Fernando Alberca
Fernando Alberca de Castro (Córdoba, 1966) is a renowned Spanish pedagogue and writer, specialized in education, neuropsychology, and personal development. He holds a PhD in Pedagogy, Social and Legal Sciences; a degree in Philosophy and Letters; and has several master's degrees, including Neuropsychology and Education. He has worked as a counselor and teacher at various educational levels and is currently a lecturer at the University of Córdoba.
Among his most notable works are "Nuestra mente maravillosa" (2013), awarded the Hoy Essay Prize, where he explores the potential of the human brain; "Todos los niños pueden ser Einstein" (2010), which addresses strategies to enhance children's intelligence; and "Adolescentes. Manual de instrucciones" (2015), a guide to understanding and supporting young people in their development. His focus is on motivation, creativity, and academic success, offering practical tools for parents and educators.
