Daniel Lindeberg
Daniel Lindeberg is a Swedish pastry chef widely recognized for his meticulous and minimalist approach to baking. He was a cook and pastry chef at the Frantzén/Lindeberg restaurant, which he co-founded with Björn Frantzén in Stockholm, a venue that quickly gained international renown for merging Nordic techniques with Japanese precision. In 2013, Lindeberg left the restaurant to focus on a more personal and less media-driven project: his own artisan bakery and pastry shop.
Later, he founded Lindeberg Bageri och Konditori in Nacka (near Stockholm), a pastry and bakery shop where he focuses on honest, high-quality products without pretense and with selected ingredients. His pastries are characterized by a perfect balance between technique, flavor, and aesthetics, in line with Scandinavian tradition but with a very current language. Lindeberg is one of those rare cases where perfection is not sought in grandiloquence, but in the purity of a well-worked dough.
