Alejandro Barros
Alejandro Barros de la Cruz (Santiago, 1987) is a geographer, popularizer, and amateur historian, known as “The Archivist Barros”. In 2025 he published Between the Archives: From Geopolitics to Tiktok, a contemporary historical dissemination work that rescues little-known global curiosities. This non-fiction text has 224 pages and is published by Planeta.
Additionally, he is co-founder and host of the Chilean podcast Tomás is going to die (since 2019), alongside Edo Caroe and Tomás Leiva, where he discusses health, friendship, and society.
