Synopsis "TOLL-ähnliche Rezeptoren und ihre Rolle in der Ätiopathogenese der Psoriasis (in German)"

Das Ziel dieser Arbeit war es, die Expression von TOLL-ähnlichen Rezeptoren in der menschlichen Haut zu untersuchen. Es wurden Hautbiopsien von 30 Psoriasis-Patienten untersucht. Dabei wurde eine erhöhte Expression von TOLL-ähnlichen Zellen nicht nur in der betroffenen, sondern auch in der scheinbar gesunden Haut festgestellt. Weitere Untersuchungen werden es ermöglichen, das derzeitige Verständnis der Pathogenese der Psoriasis erheblich zu erweitern und die Behandlungstaktik zu optimieren.
