Synopsis "Historia Sexual del Cristianismo (in Spanish)"

Karlheinz Deschner (1924-2014) was a German writer, historian, and critic, known for his critical approach to religion and the history of the Catholic Church. His most famous work, *Criminal History of Christianity*, addresses the abuses and crimes committed over the centuries by the Church, from the Inquisition to the Middle Ages. Deschner stood out for his provocative style and his view of religion as a factor of oppression. Throughout his life, he was a fervent advocate for secularism and freedom of thought, being considered a controversial figure in German literature. His work also included novels, essays, and studies on the history of religions, always with a critical approach to ecclesiastical power and its influences on society.
