Die Ambivalenz der Religion ist eine alte Jacke, wiewohl blo Ausdruck der menschlichen Natur. Des ungeachtet oder gerade darob ist es unabdingbar, ihr auf den Zahn zu fühlen, zumal dann, wenn mit der Verbindung von Staat und Religion, mit Totalitarismus und Fundamentalismus Unheil dräut. Je mehr sich der kleine Moritz nämlich durch Korruption und Misswirtschaft, Autorität und Gewalt sozial ungerecht behandelt fühlt, desto grö er ist sein Verlangen danach, sich wenigstens mit seinem Glauben noch ein Stück Identität und also Würde zu bewahren. Mit der Dialogfähigkeit steht und fällt zugleich auch die Religion, denn eins ist so sicher wie das Amen in der Kirche: Religion ist Dialog, nicht Kampf. Mittel zum Zweck ist dabei der Konstruktivismus, der im Unterschied zum Patchwork der Religionskomponisten die herkömmlichen Konfessionen nicht verwässert. Vielmehr ist er um deren Anpassung an die Anforderungen der Moderne bemüht. Mit dem Räuber-Beute-Modell lässt Band 2 der Einblicke in die Borderlinephilosophie keinen Zweifel daran, dass sich eine so bedeutsame Glaubensgemeinschaft wie das Christentum ohne Dialogfähigkeit nicht blo selbst zack, zack zu Fall bringt, sondern der Religion im Allgemeinen Abtrag tut und das Heer der Ungläubigen empfindlich vergrö ert, anstatt es drastisch zu schmälern, kurzum Kollateralschäden verursacht.
