Monica Castellanos
(Monterrey, Nuevo León, 1960). She graduated from the Higher Institute of Culture and Art of Monterrey.
She is a co-founder of the 42 Lines Publishing House, the Center for Family and Social Studies, and a speaker. Since 2013, she has dedicated herself to what has been her greatest passion: literary creation.
Among her works are Canasta de comadres, published by Azul editores in 2015, Aquellas horas que nos robaron, el desafío de Gilberto Bosques, published under the Grijalbo label in 2018 and which won the Antonio García Cubas 2019 award in the historical novel category. In 2021, El aroma de los anhelos was published under the Grijalbo label.
